The best conversations,

samanthapaz:

Are the ones that go on and on about the most random, pointless things that you and that person just find entertaining to talk about. The ones where you can actually be yourself and laugh at each other’s silliness and non-sense. I just like knowing that someone’s willing to put effort into talking to me without getting bored and leaving me hanging.

Changes in a year.

imdylanbarker:

Isn’t it crazy how we can look back a year ago and realize how much everything has changed? The amount of people that have left your life, entered, and stayed. The memories you won’t forget and the moments you wish you did. Everything. It’s crazy how all that happened in just one year.

Graduation.

After 4 years of high school, the day we all have been waiting for is here. Graduation. The bittersweet feeling of leaving high school and moving on to college. High school has given me so many life lessons I would not regret. If you screw up and make mistakes, you should learn from them because everything makes you stronger. You also learn how to balance your time in high school. Although some of us didn’t exactly have our priorities set straight, the rest of us took the time to set up our future. One of the biggest lessons I learned was to cherish the memories and live for the day because you only live once.  There is a balance between school and friends, you just have to find it. High school goes by faster than you know it, so don’t waste your time sitting around. GO OUT, TRY SOMETHING NEW, TAKE RISKS, AND CHERISH EVERY MOMENT OF IT.  The thought of graduation hasn’t hit me as hard as I thought it would but I know tonight I’ll realize it’s the day! So for all you seniors graduating, congrats! We made it! This is not the end, this is just the beginning of something new.
